It was a smooth process from start to finish. I was given free informative and helpful advice about the potential issue with our Oxford U shaped Lock and when I couldn't handle it myself, George came out and got it open for us. Then provided recommendations on new locks.

A minor " emergency" on a Saturday - a bedroom door was stuck fast and we couldn't open it. George arrived within half an hour of my call and sorted the door lock . What a nice man. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
