  Samsung S9 Battery Replacement and Brought dead laptop back to Life

  Five Star services. Excellent Staff, Owner, Good range of peripherals (or ready to order if something is required) , very competitive prices for repairs (laptop, mobile etc), value of money with peace of mind with sufficient guarantee. Worth paid each penny for the best of professional services. I got my Samsung S9 battery changed and daughter's dead laptop back to life. Can't Thank enough. Found company very customer oriented too as got 10% off on next repair. For sure will recommend to friends and family.

  Fix Samsing Tab S2 tablet

  I cannot recommend Glentech more highly. Visited on Saturday morning with a sick Samsung tablet . Glen had a quick look and said he thought the battery was faulty and would confirm later. Same day I got a text confirming his diagnosis and a quote for the work (which was much cheaper than I had been offered online). I confirmed the contract and by pm Tuesday was Glentech phoned me to tell me the tablet was ready for collection. The repair even comes with a 12 month warranty! I am particularly confident with this excellent team as they actually have a shop you can visit. 5 Shining Stars!!

  Fault finding on external server connection and server cabinet tidy up

  Very impressed with the fault finding and a solution to our problem. Glentech Ltd took all the necessary Covid precautions and completed the job in a satisfactory time. Also showed very good IT knowledge.

  Repair and rebuild Windows 10 on HP desktop. Also install Windows 10 on HP Elitebook.

  HP desktop. Big problem, screen started flashing on and off - eventually packed in completely. The work was excellent - Windows 10 restored, a minor glitch sorted quickly and professionally, some interior fag smoke gunge cleaned and it now works better than ever. So impressed that I took my HP EliteBook, a small laptop, to be upgraded to Windows 10. Lovely job - transformed. All done at a very fair price. Received a substantial discount for the second job. Highly recommended as a superior alternative to a large corporation which draws its name from Indian food and the Globe.

  New battery fitted to an Ipad

  We have been delighted with the service provided by all members of staff at Glentech Fareham. Being senior citizens we were very nervous of approaching an IT company for help with our sick ipad, However they were extremely kind and patient and time was taken to explain issues carefully and clearly, contacting us before going ahead with any work they thought would be necessary. Their speed in carrying out the necessary work was exceptional and backup support by phone has been superb.
