  I wanted to share my appreciation for Gary’s outstanding work on my en suite. He recently completed the project to a very high standard, and I am thoroughly pleased with his professionalism, capability and work ethic. Gary was consistently reliable; always arriving when he said he would, including for quotes. During the project there were a couple of significant curve balls, which were entirely my fault. Gary handled these challenges with remarkable good nature. I have since recommended him to two friends for their bathroom projects. His dedication and excellence deserve recognition.

  Excellent bathroom refit

  Gary refitted our bathroom, removing and installing everything from scratch. We’re so pleased with the quality of the work and the overall finish. It was a pleasure having him in our home, he was very respectful and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone and will definitely get him back for any future work we need.

  Fantastic refitted cloakroom

  Having used Gary before, I was very confident in his workmanship. He did a complete refit of the cloakroom which, apart from plumbing, involved replacing the floor due to water damage from a leak we’d had, and he did a great job on that too. It was a small room for him to work in but he coped well. He’s a very organised and tidy worker, clearing up at the end of each day. He regularly communicates progress and is pleasant and friendly so it was a pleasure to have him working here. His attention to detail is good. Nothing is too much trouble to achieve a perfect result, which we now have.

  Gary done an absolutely fantastic job. We had our bath taken out and a walk in shower put in along with a new toilet and basin. Can't rate his work highly enough..professional and very friendly.

  My mum recently had her bathroom converted into a wet room by Gary. The work was carried out in a professional manner and to a very high standard by all the tradesmen who were involved in the work. Each one of them providing quality outputs with absolutely no mess. My mum is 82 and Gary really looked after her making sure she had a toilet to use each evening. I would absolutely recommend Gary if you are considering a bathroom refit, he is not only professional and delivers high quality work but is also reliable and keen to ensure that you get the bathroom you desire.   We recently had our bathroom refitted by Gary, and are so pleased with the result. His approach was professional, methodical, and well-organised. Garys workmanship was excellent. He worked in a very tidy and efficient manner, always keeping the workspace clean and making sure everything was left neat at the end of each day. What also stood out was the quality of the tradesmen he brought in — every person who worked on the job was punctual, skilled, and respectful of our home. The coordination between the different trades was seamless, which helped keep everything on schedule and stress-free!
