Having used Gary before, I was very confident in his workmanship. He did a complete refit of the cloakroom which, apart from plumbing, involved replacing the floor due to water damage from a leak we’d had, and he did a great job on that too. It was a small room for him to work in but he coped well. He’s a very organised and tidy worker, clearing up at the end of each day. He regularly communicates progress and is pleasant and friendly so it was a pleasure to have him working here. His attention to detail is good. Nothing is too much trouble to achieve a perfect result, which we now have.

Gary done an absolutely fantastic job. We had our bath taken out and a walk in shower put in along with a new toilet and basin. Can't rate his work highly enough..professional and very friendly.

My mum recently had her bathroom converted into a wet room by Gary. The work was carried out in a professional manner and to a very high standard by all the tradesmen who were involved in the work. Each one of them providing quality outputs with absolutely no mess. My mum is 82 and Gary really looked after her making sure she had a toilet to use each evening. I would absolutely recommend Gary if you are considering a bathroom refit, he is not only professional and delivers high quality work but is also reliable and keen to ensure that you get the bathroom you desire. We recently had our bathroom refitted by Gary, and are so pleased with the result. His approach was professional, methodical, and well-organised. Garys workmanship was excellent. He worked in a very tidy and efficient manner, always keeping the workspace clean and making sure everything was left neat at the end of each day. What also stood out was the quality of the tradesmen he brought in — every person who worked on the job was punctual, skilled, and respectful of our home. The coordination between the different trades was seamless, which helped keep everything on schedule and stress-free!

Gary refit our shower beautifully and built an alcove for a tall boy unit despite our building not having particularly square spaces. We are really happy with the result and will be eager to hire him again if we need further work doing.

We had 3 quotes for our upstairs bathroom & selected Gary as he was very thorough & identified a problem with the existing plumbing which no other fitter did. He stripped out the existing fully tiled bathroom & fittings, replacing the bath with a walk-in shower. It required new plumbing, new tiling, updated electrics, new units, new door & decoration. Gary did the majority of the work and used trusted contractors who he knew would maintain his own high standards for the electrics, tiling, & decorating. He always kept the work area very tidy & clean and his attention to detail is excellent.
