  Billy messaged back almost as soon as the job went up and attended the next day. Although he could not repair the full fault as its something inside the drum with no access he did find one of the pins on the leg was loose and stored that out for us.

  Billy managed to fit me in right away, showed up on time, gave me some really good advice, great communication and very reasonable call out fee. Advised my machine had a warranty which would be cheaper so done himself out a job which shows good integrity ( I didn’t think it would work as a few years old but it did) They’re coming next week. Thanks again.

  Fitting bathroom extractor fan

  Billy was great at communicating and turning up when he said he would, the job was done quickly and at the agreed price. He was helpful when we weren't satisfied with the fan model initially supplied and immediately swapped it for our preferred option. Only downside was that he had to hurry to another job, so there was quite a bit of mess to clean up at the end.
