Billy came the very next day my new appliance arrived and installed it. He even took away my old appliance for me which was very helpful and reattached the cabinet door. Overall, I am very happy with my new appliance and owe thanks to Billy's quality of service.

Billy called out very quickly, and was good enough to fit me in around my working hours. My washing machine was not pumping out - after testing the variables, problem was the programming to tell the pump to work, and was not fixable. Billy tried all that was possible with the mechanical parts - he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the (no pressure) offer of a contact who deals in second hand machines if needed. All done for the call out charge/min charge of £50, which was made wholly clear in first message. Great service, even if the machine is a goner!
