  Work to a problematic subterranean portion of house

  My experience of Gavin's work was excellent. He took on the substantial task of damp proofing and plastering the downstairs of my home and was very professional throughout the whole process. He guided me through his recommendations, what he proposed from start to finish with his extensive knowledge. His quote was very reasonable, and I'm incredibly impressed with his high standard of work. Gavin was very hard working, easy to talk to, punctual and tidy. I would highly recommend his services.

  Rising Damp...

  Gavin came promptly to survey the problems we were having with damp. He diagnosed penetrating and rising damp in three rooms. Gavin gave us a prompt estimate and on the strength of that and his Check-a-Trade rating, we asked him to carry out the necessary work. He emailed us the week before works were scheduled and started the job on time. The work took the scheduled amount of time, was carried out to a high degree of workmanship and he left the site clean, tidy with all debris removed. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for plastering and damp proofing works.
