Gavin came promptly to survey the problems we were having with damp. He diagnosed penetrating and rising damp in three rooms. Gavin gave us a prompt estimate and on the strength of that and his Check-a-Trade rating, we asked him to carry out the necessary work. He emailed us the week before works were scheduled and started the job on time. The work took the scheduled amount of time, was carried out to a high degree of workmanship and he left the site clean, tidy with all debris removed. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for plastering and damp proofing works.
