  Matthew has just finished a job for my elderly parents when they had a leak. I live 3 hours away but Matthew has been excellent with communication. Sending photos and videos of the work. They have proved to be very kind, helpful, and trustworthy. I felt reassured the whole time and my Dad is very happy with the completed work.

  Replacing guttering and adding new additional guttering to porch.

  Giles and Brothers were prompt, professional, and clear in their communication. Matthew and his team did an excellent job — the new guttering works perfectly, with no more “waterfalls”! It’s a great feeling heading into winter knowing everything is solid and reliable. The team was polite, friendly, and tidy throughout the process. Our neighbour was so impressed that they decided to use them as well. Highly recommended!

  Flat roof replacement

  We had our flat roof replaced. Matt and his team did an excellent job. We were updated at every stage. His team were professional and polite. The work was completed within the estimated time scale and everything was left tidy. We would highly recommend Matt and his team.

  Great experience. Speedy quote - came the next day after phoning and was clear with the information and work proposed as well as prices. Work booked in and completed within the week - again, explained clearly and done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.
