Matt came promptly to examine the problem with my leaking gutters and replaced two brackets there and then which sorted the problem. I have used Matt previously at my own house and at my daughters and he has always fixed whatever problems I had. Unlike others Matt always comes when he says he will and does a good job. I highly recommend his company

Our house is on the market. Matt undertook an examination of the roof and guttering/pipe condition as a basis for further work so that they do not become an issue in any subsequent sale. The required roof work included ridge tile repointing, moss cleaning and tile repositioning. The guttering and pipe work included replacing rotten fascia board and reinstalling gutters, correcting incorrectly fitted guttering and unblocking down pipes. The work was done over a weekend, including Sunday working. Matt and Luke were very professional and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommended.

Called Giles brothers on Monday, Matthew came out very promptly to see the issue. Made a suggestion to fix. Agreed work to start on Thursday. Arrived bright and early and completed the job same day as agreed. Very polite and helpful guys indeed and worked to a very high standard. Definitely recommend and will use in the future. This is the 3rd time we have used this firm. They have always been extremely helpful and have fitted us in at short notice when required. Matthew is hard working, does an excellent job and is reliable. He sends pictures and videos of what he has done and clears up at the end of the job. Would use again and happy to recommend.

We chose Matthew to replace our dormer flat roofs and the associated fascias and soffits as he gave us the most confidence in his knowledge, advice and customer care out of the quotes we received. He gave a very detailed account of the work that would be done and it was carried out professionally by him and his team. We asked for him to inspectof the rest of the roof and he showed us where the mortar on the ridge tiles was falling away and he repointed the ridge for us for a reasonable price. The site was left tidy and the team were communicative and polite. Shall definitely use Matthew again
