  Ray at Giant Solar was very helpful from start to finish, clearly explaining the process and works, keeping to agreed programme dates, and was thorough in ensuring proper installation of the PV panels. Highly recommend this business.

  Inspection for solar panels

  I’ve just had a solar inspection today by Giant Solar LTD. The Certified Inspector has done a wonderful job and has found a fault and corrected it. He explained everything, and checked the whole system leaving nothing out. The communication between myself and this company has been fantastic, they are a legitimate company, with a high standard of service to the customer. I am delighted I finally found a company who I can rely on due to my own solar company going in to liquidation. You will not regret getting Giant Solar LTD to maintain your solar panels. Well worth every penny! Thank you

  Giant Solar Ltd provided a very thorough and professional service when responding to a fault and the subsequent repair works that required a new Inverter on a PV system. The team were very helpful and courteous throughout the process both onsite and communication.

  The engineer arrived on time, was very polite. He went about his work very professionally and kept us informed. He completed the testing and repair, showed us it was now working and said a report would be sent to us confirming the problem and solution. This arrived promptly. He tidied up and left. He was an excellent representative of your company.
