Very quick response to all communication. Very polite and knowledgeable. Service Engineer was on-time and did the health check. No problems found. As Inverters are over 14 years old will probably need replacing sometime and will use Giant Solar again. Thank You

Around two years ago I had panels installed by Edan power. They haven't been very helpful at all since they took my money. I had to get someone in who knew what they were doing. I called giant solar,who were very helpful and prompt. They explained what they were doing,and got on with it promptly. I was so impressed, I had them acquire and fit another battery. I recommend giant solar, if you are having problems with your panels.

I had a solar power setup installed by Edan power nearly two years ago. For the money I spent I expected better customer aftercare-which is clearly non existent. I rang giant solar for help. And help they did. I was so impressed by the service and quality of advice I recieved, that I purchased another battery from them for my system. If you are having problems, I recommend these guys highly.

We would highly recommend Giant Solar who installed a new solar inverter for us. We found them friendly and professional. Their customer service is excellent - they followed up our initial enquiry promptly and were able to answer our questions in a clear way. Their technician who installed the inverter worked efficiently, explaining in a straightforward way on what would be happening with the installation.

MyEnergySolutions fitted my Solar panels system way back in September 23. A very rough and unpleasant experience with them. Supply the wrong DNO documents to the National Grid. Could not register with the grid until January 25. My solar panels system keep tripping due to water running through the fusebox, which MyEnergy Solutions fitted. After numerous calls and emails they did not respond. Saying the engineer will come on Friday. Their Friday never came. On the direction of Sunsynk I looked for a engineer on Check-Trade. Same day I found a engineer. Giant Solar was very helpful.
