recently had a new boiler installed by George and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. From the initial consultation, everything was explained clearly — including the different boiler options, efficiency ratings, and what would work best for my home. The installation itself was carried out professionally and on schedule, with great attention to detail. The work area was left spotless afterwards, which I really appreciated. The new boiler is running perfectly — much quieter, more efficient, and providing consistent heating and hot water.

George was a life saver our combi boiler was leaking badly and I called him Thursday evening and he talked me through some basic checks to determine the problem. Came the next day (thankfully as by this time we had no heating or hot water!) confirmed the problem, ordered the part then came back late Friday to replace the part: Hot water and central heating working fully since. Despite having to take boiler apart etc you wouldn’t have known he’d been … very tidy and took away packaging.

George arrived, on time, carried out boiler service and checked heating system. Very tidy worker , polite and helpful. Will definitely use again
