8 Key lock change originally, but turned out to have further fault

Responded to my request quickly and arranged for someone to come out on their behalf as they were away, which is fair enough. The initial key lock was changed, but other issues were left unresolved. Cost me a little bit more than the original quote as it was another issue needed to be fixed not just the key lock. I then contacted Luke about this, and he came out first thing once he was back from holiday. He sorted all of the additional issues, and I now feel safe and secure. Couldn’t fault Luke at all.
