Luke was friendly and helpful when he called me back about 5 minutes after I posted the job, gave me useful info and tips about what needed doing and that the lock replacement needed to be satisfactory for insurance. Wasn't able to make the appointment at first because of an emergency call out, but kept me informed and turned up on time for the second go. 10 Had to replace lock of the outside door and window

Job location: GL2As per requirements I needed to fix outside door. Later on realised a need to fix few other doors and windows. Luke fixed where he had to fix and recommend how to fix others. He could have fixed those- if he had those locks available with him at that time. Happy with the work he did. - GGethin L
