Very impressed. Would definitely use Luke again.

Luke at Get Locked called me back very soon after I posted the advert, and gave me a quote, which seemed fairly reasonable (compared with another who quoted for time and parts - but the cost could have possibly gone up depending on how long it would have taken), so went with the fixed price suggested. He called me just before arriving, and during the visit (as I arranged this for my mother) to keep me updated. All went well and it was all fixed without any issues. Also called him the following day for some further advice about something and he was very helpful.

We wanted the locks changed on our new house. Luke was quick with his communication. and extremely flexible with his timing in order to fit in with the time we were able to collect the keys. He completed the job and even tightened the hinges of the front door so it closed and locked more smoothly. Excellent service.

Luke was brilliant, able to quote remotely and was so responsive and flexible with his time. Installed our new locks quickly and answered all queries we had! Really friendly and very organised. Would definitely recommend to family/friends and would use him again for any works in this field!
