  I contacted Ash from GenieCloud from a family recommendation, and from the first call, he supported and was clear in the type of system and protection needed. Alarm and CCTV is sometimes seen as an afterthought until the worst happens, but with the great service as support supported with my overall decision on choosing Genie Cloud installers Prads and Serhii were exceptional on the day.   Such helpful guys from booking in to emergency work carried out. My 83 year old mums’ alarm was going from 7am and they came swiftly and efficiently, slotting us in as an emergency and sorted quickly. Honestly really grateful and would recommend to everyone. Reasonable charges too considering the early time I called!! Thank you

  I recently had a ring camera installed by a Ash and his colleague. My experience was excellent. he whole booking and installation went smoothly, and I'm really pleased with the end result. They were punctual and made the installation process very straightforward. They completed the work to a high standard proving they had undertaken similar work umpteen times. They took the time to ensure the camera was positioned correctly and provided clear guidance on how to use the features.
