Very good service and communication - replaced our old equipment with new cctv.

I had an issue with my house alarm, but they reset it and ensured it was working properly for a week. They checked in to confirm everything was alright before invoicing. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

Great service by ash and prads installing alarm system

Ash and team are simply amazing. They are very knowledgable and extremely skilled. They transformed my media cupboard and sorted my networking problems out. In addition, the new sound system installation has changed our listening experience.

Very easy to get in touch with Ash. He was quick in getting back to me initially and then we had some emails and phone calls to discuss the work . The guys who came to do the work arrived on time and did a good job, and were easy to deal with. They had to return the next week as one camera was faulty (not their fault) but this was quickly rectified and all up and running when they left. It seemed very easy as I tried several other companies before finding GenieCloud and this just seemed so easy and I got the work done quickly. I would have no problem in recommending Genie Cloud.
