Shaun has worked for me on several different issues over the past few years. He does a good job for a reasonable price, and is friendly and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Shaun stripped and repapered bedroom, also paintwork in bathroom. Really happy with result, he was very personable on time and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend. In fact we asked him to do a couple of other jobs that needed doing.

Sean did a fantastic work putting up a shelf in the snug room. He provided recommendations on how best to hang the shelf and what brackets to buy which was helpful.

Shaun was reliable and friendly, he kept to the prices quoted. He tidied up after himself and quality of work is great. I asked him to remove an old shed roof that was damp and letting in water due to no roofing felt being in place. He also replaced all the plastic guttering and fixed the shed door so it closed properly. I’d highly recommend Shaun/GEMS building and maintenance
