We needed Air Conditioning in my house so we got two quotes. The initial consultation was great. Geoff was friendly and gave good advice, listened to our requirements and suggested possible solutions. He did not pressure us into any particular answer. Gem Installs gave us a quote that was cheaper and for better specification equipment than the other provider, so we went with him. The actual installation was great. Geoff and team did a fantastic job with minimal disruption. Everything we asked for, including positioning and electric supply was provided. I'm delighted with the results.

Geoff rang the day before, confirmed and turned up on time. The team were great, installed neat and tidy, respectful and clean. It was done within a morning.
