  Grant was brilliant - quick and professional. Didn’t up sell but fixed the dishwasher. Highlighted the issue and talked through next steps if it happens again. Would highly recommend!

  Cooker hood & Extractor fan Replacement

  After seeing photos of what had to be done GC came to fix the appliances. It took him most of the afternoon to fix the bathroom fan so he came back next day to finish the job. I alerted GC that there might be cables behind the wall so he said he was not happy to drill. I got a gadget from a neighbour to detect where the cables are. Instead of GC coming back to finish the job he called and was asking me where exactly the cables were even though he knew I had the gadget. He left me with a mess and hasn't called me back after he received £120 deposit which he had asked for. He used my ladder 😔

  Our dishwasher did not work because of a faulty door lock switch (i had already bought the spare parts). This was fixed quickly and dishwasher was checked that it worked. Communication was very clear regarding cost and and service was prompt.
