After euphoria there still outstanding problems after 4 months. Get everything in writing, all conversations should be noted as a record. Photograph everything. If there is a problem they will send the lads without first asking. Asked about work in the ground, first response was to send lads to pick up xs blocks we'd agreed we would keep. House bricks badly broken. Haunches disintegrated. Puddles on slabs after rain no drain off. Used recycled materials as mot1 it wasn't discussed or agreed.
