    New driveway extended with all works carried out quickly and professional and would highly recommend. Rates of costs given upfront to allow me gauge price before the quote was received and no unexpected costs where found which was well received.

    After euphoria there still outstanding problems after 4 months. Get everything in writing, all conversations should be noted as a record. Photograph everything. If there is a problem they will send the lads without first asking. Asked about work in the ground, first response was to send lads to pick up xs blocks we'd agreed we would keep. House bricks badly broken. Haunches disintegrated. Puddles on slabs after rain no drain off. Used recycled materials as mot1 it wasn't discussed or agreed. Finally told by the lads not to contact Karen with problems. Just the tip of iceberg.

    I recently had GB Surfacing extend my patio, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team worked meticulously, paying attention to every detail. They kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the project, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the crew was polite and professional, making the experience enjoyable.
