  Repair to electric gate which wasn’t closing properly

  The workman was brilliant. He arrived on time, was very professional, explained things in simple terms and was very tidy. In short he was a very lovely man who gave us confidence that we were in safe hands Also Louise in the office provides the highest standard of customer service. She kept us informed and although she was busy made us feel like we were her only customer.

  Electric gates were faulty.

  Very professional experience. Initial contact with office who arranged an appointment quickly. Gatehouse Security Limited attended and made initial repairs, but did state that there was a good chance that the motor would need replacing. Took details of the parts required. As anticipated the motor does need replacing. Gatehouse Security Limited dealt with the quote promptly. All in all a speedy, professional and very friendly service do far.

  Electric gate repaired

  Gatehouse Security responded immediately with a call out to repair my electric gate. They appreciated the urgency as gate was hanging off and I have a young dog who could get out onto the main road. I called and left a message on Sunday evening their engineer arrived on the Monday. So professional and efficient and sorted the problem immediately. I cannot recommend Gatehouse Security enough and one of their engineers

  Very happy with the service and repair. Although the call charge seem to be high. I was rest assure they were very professional and know what they were doing. Although it turn out to be battery on one of my sensor gone flat. They checked out on everything else and all is well. I was very happy to pay out. Well done and thank you

  Fitting new sensors to electric gates.

  Extra-prompt service, going out of way to call here. Initially tried adjusting sensor beams and appeared to work but didn’t last. Call again (twice) next day to fit new sensors and working fine since. All of the aforesaid was done with politeness and a smile from Eddie.
