Very professional experience. Initial contact was with Gaynor in the office who arranged an appointment quickly. Eddy attended and made initial repairs, but did state that there was a good chance that the motor would need replacing. He took details of the parts required. As anticipated the motor does need replacing. Gaynor dealt with the quote promptly and contacted Eddy on my behalf with a query, which was answered in minutes. All in all a speedy, professional and very friendly service do far.

Gatehouse Security responded immediately with a call out to repair my electric gate. They appreciated the urgency as gate was hanging off and I have a young dog who could get out onto the main road. I called and left a message on Sunday evening their engineer arrived on the Monday. So professional and efficient and sorted the problem immediately. Very happy with the service and repair. Although the call charge seem to be high. I was rest assure they were very professional and know what they were doing. Extra-prompt service, going out of way to call here. Initially tried adjusting sensor beams and appeared to work but didn’t last. Call again (twice) next day to fit new sensors and working fine since. All of the aforesaid was done with politeness and a smile from Eddie.

Responded promptly to request for a call out. Came out the same day. Found the fault, and changed the sensor on the gate. Gates now working well. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend.
