We were very pleased with the two swan necked hardwood swing gates installed, and the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently and they were very tidy and cleared up as they went along and at the end of each day. The installers were also very personable and helpful in answering all our questions about the installation and operation of the gates. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for similar work.

The workman was brilliant. He arrived on time, was very professional, explained things in simple terms and was very tidy. In short he was a very lovely man who gave us confidence that we were in safe hands Also Louise in the office provides the highest standard of customer service. She kept us informed and although she was busy made us feel like we were her only customer.

Very professional experience. Initial contact with office who arranged an appointment quickly. Gatehouse Security Limited attended and made initial repairs, but did state that there was a good chance that the motor would need replacing. Took details of the parts required. As anticipated the motor does need replacing. Gatehouse Security Limited dealt with the quote promptly. All in all a speedy, professional and very friendly service do far.

Gatehouse Security responded immediately with a call out to repair my electric gate. They appreciated the urgency as gate was hanging off and I have a young dog who could get out onto the main road. I called and left a message on Sunday evening their engineer arrived on the Monday. So professional and efficient and sorted the problem immediately.
