  Si and his team were exceptional from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and were thoughtful throughout, especially around our home working setup and two dogs. Every stage was handled with care and professionalism. They cleaned as they went, left no trace behind, and even left existing plumbing neater than when they started. Quotes and invoices were clear and accurate. The workmanship is top-notch and everything was done exactly as promised, on time and to a very high standard. Easily the best plumbing and heating experience I’ve had.
