both workingman were very professional, fast and very friendly. I felt very comfortable with both of them. After 6 quotes from various companies, I found Simon’s quote to be not just the most competitive, but also very professional, informative and answered all my queries. Rachel in the office communicated effectively all the way through and liaised with Simon to get me answers almost immediately. On the day of installation, I was expecting the job to take at least 4 days, but Simon and his team arrived early and worked relentlessly. Everyone knew their job and they cracked on without chat or breaks. The whole job was completed in 2 days and the finish is exceptional

Two jobs carried out recently - replacement boiler in February and replacement shower pump in April. Very pleased with the service on both occasions. Efficient, clean and tidy. Good quality workmanship. Good communication and reliable. Would definitely use again.

The boiler was repaired and a new heated towel rail fitted, the whole system flushed through, including the radiators and new inhibitor added. All within one week of discovering the problem. The work was carried out efficiently and no mess was left. The system is now working perfectly and I am very satisfied with the work, workman and I recommend this company,
