  Good job and good support service

  Used Hydoheat for my annual gas safety inspection and boiler service, and they did a great job, keeping me informed when the engineer was slightly late in arriving. They also followed up promptly when the tenant had a pilot light issue, and didn't charge fir this.

  Jack was a breath of fresh air, oh and he fixed the heating.

  Our boiler kept firing up even though the heating was off. Jack was friendly super polite, took his shoes off without being asked. No blaring radio. all fixed and you would not have known he had been. A breath of fresh air. Thankyou.

  Gas Combi Boiler Installation

  I requested Hydro Heat to remove our old Traditional boiler, hot water tank from the airing cupboard, heating expansion tank / cold water tank from the loft, adapt the pipework and replace with a Combi boiler system. We had a new boiler fitted by Hydro Heat at our last property so we knew exactly what to expect. The boiler fit was exactly what we were looking for, the pipework was neat and tidy, the work areas were left immaculately tidy when finished for the day, James was always punctual and polite. Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship and the service we received.

  Fantastic company and employees

  We rent our property but Hydroheat always do the gas safety checks etc. This week we were dog sitting for friends and Hydroheat had to come and fit some new radiators whilst we were away. Came home this morning to new radiators and heat. Place was left immaculate, you wouldn’t know anyone had been in. Thank you again Hydroheat from a very appreciative oap.

  Genuinely a great company

  Really fabulous company who I will continue to use in the future. My boiler had a mystery fault which required a few visits to solve. The guys went above and beyond to find the root of the problem, fitting me in same day on some of the visits. They were polite and explained everything in clear detail. They worked really hard to find what was wrong and were able to get my boiler up and running again. Such a genuine, caring and honest bunch of people. I highly recommend HydroHeat.

  Second time had this company to service a boiler. On both occasions this was done on time and every thing was left very clean and tidy. The engineer cheerfully answered any queries I raised. I will continue to use them. Thoroughly recommended.
