Ollie from Hydroheat installed a new towel rail, adjusted the position of an existinng one and sorted out the kitchen radiator with new valves and rebalancing the system. Arrived on time, excellent communication and a first class job. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Came out within 24 hours to complete a gas safety certificate and boiler check. Very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Used Hydoheat for my annual gas safety inspection and boiler service, and they did a great job, keeping me informed when the engineer was slightly late in arriving. They also followed up promptly when the tenant had a pilot light issue, and didn't charge fir this.

Our boiler kept firing up even though the heating was off. Jack was friendly super polite, took his shoes off without being asked. No blaring radio. all fixed and you would not have known he had been. A breath of fresh air. Thankyou.

I requested Hydro Heat to remove our old Traditional boiler, hot water tank from the airing cupboard, heating expansion tank / cold water tank from the loft, adapt the pipework and replace with a Combi boiler system. We had a new boiler fitted by Hydro Heat at our last property so we knew exactly what to expect. The boiler fit was exactly what we were looking for, the pipework was neat and tidy, the work areas were left immaculately tidy when finished for the day, James was always punctual and polite. Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship and the service we received.

We rent our property but Hydroheat always do the gas safety checks etc. This week we were dog sitting for friends and Hydroheat had to come and fit some new radiators whilst we were away. Came home this morning to new radiators and heat. Place was left immaculate, you wouldn’t know anyone had been in. Thank you again Hydroheat from a very appreciative oap.
