  Great price and professional fitting and product

  The fitters came when they said, to measure up, and gave me a price there and then. I had already looked at other suppliers and the Garolla deal was by far the best, so I gave them the order - my old door was razzered, so I needed one fitted without too much delay. The door itself was ordered from Leeds, so no waiting months while the slow boat from China negotiated perilous waters on the way over. I was given a firm date for delivery and fitting. The guys turned up on the day, and had the whole thing done in two hours! Brilliant work. Special thanks to Jake and his co-worker.

  Horrendous aftercare

  We have had out electric garage door that was fitted quickly about 18 months ago. The trim and top panel has detached many times and we have tried to put it back on. It is now at a point where it has all fallen off. I have repeatedly reached out to Garolla across many platforms: customer care email, website contact page, phone, instagram and live website chat and had little to no response. I finally spoke to somebody today who phoned the local engineer and told us that they would be with us at 5pm today. They didn't show up. It has taken over two weeks to get a reply, being repeatedly ignored

  After having a garage door fitted by garolla both my remotes stopped working. I called them 3+ weeks ago and was told pritty much straight away it’ll be the remotes and they will send me some. Im still waiting for them keep being told there coming tomorrow ext and nothing shows up. I then called to complain and say as my door was under guarantee I want an engineer out. I was told I would have to pay £150+ vat for this all though under warranty. I haven’t been able to get into my garage easily for 3+ weeks so would highly avoiding. Once got your money there is no care for afterwards

  Initial survey was quick. Installation was quick and communication good throughout. Unfortunately when something needed repairing Garolla didn’t want to know. I was told it would be quicker to get a local garage door company to carry out a repair! They’d be happy to sell me the parts though. Took two weeks to get through to customer support! If you’re thinking of getting an electric garage door, get a local company to do it!
