    Called several times for quote, said would send engineer out, never called back, called again, said would call back, nothing, not good enough

    New electric roller door

    Absolutely hopeless. It all looks great until something goes wrong. Our door blew apart in high winds and after 7 weeks of chasing and being ignored, we are now likely to have to go to an alternate supplier to replace the door and fixings completely.

    Replace garage door

    Arrived promptly as expected. Great job fitting new garage door, delighted with result. Just a couple of issues with communication regarding the electrical supply, which I feel should have been clarified more clearly before the work was undertaken. Having said that this is no real issue,just a slight convenience. I would definitely recommend this company great value and a great looking garage door!

    New Electric Garage Door

    The two gentlemen arrived and got down to removing the old garage door and replacing with a Roller Electric door, I cannot thank them enough for a SUPERB task that they carried out. I would highly recommend GAROLLA doors to any person contemplating having a door fitted. Tidy,polite and efficient, what more could you wish for? Once again.WELL DONE.

    Garage door install

    Avoid this company at all costs. Incompetent and unreliable, after three missed appointments and “lost measurements” I had to go else where after weeks of messing about. The Surrey installer Charlie Brown was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. He thought it was acceptable to leave me waiting in for 6 hours on the survey, no reply or call. I had to call the office 3 times so they could chase him. He’s response was. “ he used someone else last time” I even contacted Charlie Brown directly with my concerns and asked why he didn’t turn up and he’s was response was “I’m not interested”

    If getting a survey is as poor as the fitting then I wouldnt bother

    I have two words. DON’T BOTHER. The fitter was supposed to carry out the “booked” survey on Friday but called me at work on Wednesday afternoon at 2pm to say that he could “come in 5 minutes”. Which of course, I couldn’t accommodate! He then said that he’d be round the following day (Thursday) between 4 and 5. At 5.05 he called, not to apologise, but to say that he would be there at 6. Which, despite finishing work early to accommodate his one day early request (from the original booking) I said ok. At 6.15 I called the main office to cancel.
