I contacted GDR last Friday. Rob was very diligent about calling back subsequently as we kept missing each other and we managed to arrange an appointment for today, which was only a two day wait. Jack pre-called when he was 20 minutes away as promised. On arrival he assessed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. The charge was very reasonable. I hope he is now home and dried out as it was a horrible day for working outside. Jack arrived late morning as promised. Had a look at my garagedoor (broken cable) and gave me a very reasonable quote. Within half an hour it was all fixed, regreassed, oiled and adjusted the tension as well. I was truly amazed to get that done so quickly because I had a look on YouTube and it was quite a tricky job with some danger as well. Job location: OX33Took weeks to reply the gave quote for a door when I isked to see a picture of the door being supplied nothing sent then told it would be white. Very unprofessional and hard work10 Fixing garage lock
