Rob and his team were amazing, every part of the job was completed when they said it was from initial viewing of the job to completion. Another positive was the communication.. no matter if it was email or phone always a quick response. We won't need them again for a garage door but would recommend to anyone who is in need.

Good effective communication & speedy professional service

I contacted GDR last Friday. Rob was very diligent about calling back subsequently as we kept missing each other and we managed to arrange an appointment for today, which was only a two day wait. Jack pre-called when he was 20 minutes away as promised. On arrival he assessed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. The charge was very reasonable. I hope he is now home and dried out as it was a horrible day for working outside. I have been very impressed by the service, cost and personnel and would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10.

Jack arrived late morning as promised. Had a look at my garagedoor (broken cable) and gave me a very reasonable quote. Within half an hour it was all fixed, regreassed, oiled and adjusted the tension as well. I was truly amazed to get that done so quickly because I had a look on YouTube and it was quite a tricky job with some danger as well. Jack said he has been doing this job for 17 years, so he clearly knew what he was doing. Great job.

Our garage door was repaired without fuss and with evident competence. Grateful customer.

Took weeks to reply the gave quote for a door when I isked to see a picture of the door being supplied nothing sent then told it would be white. Very unprofessional and hard work
