  Was very informative of all three options available allowing me to make an informed final decision. I didn’t go with the cheapest quote but the one that seemed to have my best interest at heart.

  Electric Garage Door

  We recently had a new electric door fitted to replace our old up and over door. From the initial enquiry at the factory to final installation the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, answering all our worries , Tom helped us decide what was needed and how it all worked. On the day of the installation the guys turned up promptly and completed the work with the utmost care and attention to detail, leaving every where clean and tidy. We would most definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new garage door.

  Replaced garage door springs and wires

  All the people I had contact with at GDCG were extremely polite, friendly and they made the process of getting my garage door fixed very easy. The engineers that arrived to fix the door were extremely knowledgeable and once fixed gave good advice on how to keep my door running smoothly. The price paid for the repair was reasonable. Thanks for the great service.

  Had an expensive garage door fitted garadoor 2.2 k was told 10 year warranty on motor 5 on door. Later to find out after paid warranty only valid if pay 150 a year for a service after the 2 year so total. Cost on this door if require full warranty near on 3.5 k. I'm not happy feel totally conned if had known would never have gone ahead with sale. Near 3.5 k would buy you 3 up and over door. Also had the pleasure over hearing fitter at on my job use abusive language with kids playing next door. Buyers beware no extra free warranty

We pride ourselves on our customer service, high quality products we provide and transparency as a company and we are sorry that you feel that has not been met. We provide a two year labour warranty with all our products which covers our work on the installation, alongside which the manufacturers provide limited warranties which relate to the product themselves. The terms on these vary product to product but typically range 5-10 years. All our warranty information for the products we sell is available at point of sale through the brochures and is freely available on our website or online through the relevant manufacturers websites.
