  Rang on the Sunday and was very helpful, got the job done the next day, kept me informed 😀...I'm not at the address so I was updated all the time, pictures were taken and sent to me, I would recommend them to anyone whether the job being Big or small.

  Emergency roof repair

  Our bay window roof collapsed due to storm damage. After getting no help from other companies, GAPs came and secured a tarpaulin to cover the collapsed roof. The emergency repair held strong through a further two storms! He was friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

  Easy to get a hold of before work commences then prove to be more difficult as work continues and then completed once final settlements paid very difficult to get hold of , now with any future problems that might arise in your property from their works your on your own. 😡

  All work was completed to an high standard for this client and signed off, we eventually got paid but because of the guileful behaviour throughout project I did not feel comfortable doing any more work for client hence Review. Client Score 2/10 👎

  lintel replacement, old window and door removal and small hand built brick wall

  Excellent. Our friend (builder) moved to Yorkshire & we struggled to find reasonable, honest trades! We were fortunate to come across Gap Services Answered request quickly, kept in contact, liased with the window company, turned up when they said, quality work, good price, tidy, nice guys 👍 Will always ask them back for any works.

  Quick answer to my request, punctuality, politeness and quality. They are a friendly & professional team doing a great job. Most impressed with the speed: 3 days between me posting the job on CheckaTrade and Gap Services finishing it. I will definitely keep them as my first option for future building services.
