Brilliant work. They did all the drainage, water pipes, electrical, plastering and painting. All completed within in 1 week of notice. Went above and beyond offering to carry and install my dishwasher for free, even though it was not discussed in the initial scope of work I asked for!

I hired Gap to repair my roof and went with them when I re-roofed. They were excellent! They provided me with a fair quote, organised the scaffolding and asbestos testing, and did the job faster than predicted. It looks great! Professional job and they provided a guarantee. I will use them again for building work once the budget allows for it!

Rang on the Sunday and was very helpful, got the job done the next day, kept me informed 😀...I'm not at the address so I was updated all the time, pictures were taken and sent to me, I would recommend them to anyone whether the job being Big or small.

Our bay window roof collapsed due to storm damage. After getting no help from other companies, GAPs came and secured a tarpaulin to cover the collapsed roof. The emergency repair held strong through a further two storms! He was friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Easy to get a hold of before work commences then prove to be more difficult as work continues and then completed once final settlements paid very difficult to get hold of , now with any future problems that might arise in your property from their works your on your own. 😡
