Recently I decomissioned a Sky box and needed a new link put in place. I was recommended to FUTUREVISION, Gerry Bezer as contractor. He surveyed within 48 hours of my request, I got the part he recommended and he came back and fitted the connection. Hs work was tidy and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism

Within an hour of making an enquiry, Gerry had arrived, identified the problem and it was fixed! Took time to explain what he was doing, also clear and upfront with the cost. Gerry was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

Having explained my TV reception issues to Gerry when he was working at a nearby home, he arrived promptly next morning as arranged. After a thorough check of the television & satellite box and an inspection of the two old aeriels & satellite dish he fully explained the costings of the available options. This exceptionally efficient and friendly tradesman then proceeded to replace the corroded items with a new aeriel and satellite dish and tested the televison ensuring that good reception was available to previously unobtainable channels. A clean tidy job all completed during the morning.

Excellent communication from Gerry, he fitted us in quickly and to fit in with ours and his day to be efficient. Job was done really well , tidy and as I had requested. A great tradesman reliable, did what he said he would do and when. Would definitely give him any job to do with aerials and TVs etc. Happy to recommend

Gerry was very knowledgeable and spent time to diagnose the issues . He provided a number of possible solutions and allowed me to choose.He broke down his costs before the visit and stuck to his numbers.He was also very respectful and polite as it’s my Mother’s property and she suffers from dementia. Gerry was punctual and thorough and clearly puts pride in completing a quality job as priority.Fantasic work in providing a new, much better positioned tv aerial and ensuring all connections were optimal.Superb !
