Excellent service. Very quick to respond and was at the house within the hour. Had the repair done very quickly and charged a very reasonable rate, especially as it was outside of normal working hours. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Things started off well, on day one Billy turned up assessed the job and offered a reasonable quote. Next day he was back as said. The job seemed to take a lot longer than expected and we were advised of more and more parts being needed throughout the day meaning an increase in original quote. Despite assurance the issue was resolved the toilet was still leaking. We advised billy and initially he said he’d be back the next day. He never showed and we’ve had no contact since. He was quite happy to ask for payment for materials and then disappear. Not impressed at all.

Billy was, very simply, absolutely exceptional. He responded to me within ten minutes of me requesting a quote, and was out to me within an hour - on Easter Sunday! He then returned the following day - also a bank holiday - to carry out a further repair, even doing an hour's round trip half way through to get his camera. I cannot thank him or praise him more highly, and I would recommend him without reservation.

I called Billy as per check a trade reviews as we had a leak coming from the lever plug attached to our bathroom tap. He came out today, same day, gave a great explanation pre visit of what it could be and worst case scenario, was open and honest about costs, gave some great tips and advice for future, worked tidily and even gave behind the working area a bit of a tidy up for us while he was working on it. Would highly recommend. Billy is friendly, reliable, professional but down to earth. Thanks again!
