  Emergency leak repair

  Billy was, very simply, absolutely exceptional. He responded to me within ten minutes of me requesting a quote, and was out to me within an hour - on Easter Sunday! He then returned the following day - also a bank holiday - to carry out a further repair, even doing an hour's round trip half way through to get his camera. I cannot thank him or praise him more highly, and I would recommend him without reservation.

  Yiannis came to take a look at a radiator that was not working

  Genuinely, I cannot praise Yiannis and his work enough. He is wonderfully professional, takes huge pride in his work, is incredibly swift to respond and is an all round lovely guy to boot. I have used Checkatrade many, many times over the years, and there are not many tradespeople I hold in such high regard as Yiannis. I would recommend him without reservation.
