Fantastic service - initial video survey was straightforward and friendly, reasonable quote was received quickly and the staff on the phone answered the follow-up questions I had. I then had a lot of delays and uncertainty around my move date but F Smith & Son didn't add any stress or pressure to the situation, and even though I was only able to exchange and confirm two days before completion, they accommodated me with no issues. The move team on the day were super helpful and efficient, and even took away my excess packing materials and processed the refund quickly! We had two very polite young men, but they could not remove my dining room table. It would’ve been helpful if they were provided with proper tools so that when they get a screw that is absolutely mangled they can actually remove it.Verified reviewerJob location: CR810 Excellent service

Fsmith & Son were fantastic from the beginning, responding quickly to my query, sending someone out to give me an estimate in person (who was friendly, reassuring and honest), and when it was time to move were efficient, careful and again really friendly.
