Very well managed, glad they took care of this move

The guys at F Smith & Sons were great, From the original survey to being able to be flexible in securing a date whilst our chain messed us around. On the days the guys arrived early and took time to speak to us and lay out protection around the house. They were careful and loaded up our house into the lorry in a couple of hours. When we arrvied at the destination address, again they took the time to ask us what rooms were what and where we would like certain things. They assembled the beds and nothing was damaged. there were no scrapes on walls or floors and the guys really did take great care

F. Smith & son have been great, they were flexible when the moving date changed & communicated when enquiries were needed. Their fee was very competitive & good value for the service provided. On the day of the move, they provided 3 slightly smaller trucks as the access was tight. The loading was smooth & without issue, the removal guys were friendly & professional. Definitely would recommend F. Smith & son for anyone considering moving home.

This is the first time I used this removal company. They were awful. Most of my stuff were either scratched or chipped. I paid good money to this company and got a very poor service.

The job was completed on time and to a great standard. All workers were friendly and helpful, making the moving experience much more manageable. We are very appreciative of their support and would not hesitate to use them again.
