  Air conditioning unit installation

  Dave and his team installed an air conditioning unit in the bedroom at the top of my house. The room had become unbearably hot in the summer. They put the unit out of sight in and on the roof and put a grille in the ceiling which is hardly noticeable. Now the room is lovely and cool in the summer but can also be heated with the unit in the winter so we no longer have radiators in this room. Really happy with it!

  Full rewire

  Nick Prince did a full rewire of my house, from top to bottom. He installed new power points, light switches and data points, improved our WiFi, added smoke and fire alarms, installed LEDs in the kitchen, bathroom and on the roof terrace. He also put in new light fittings throughout and moved all the fuseboards into the basement. He generally just made our electrics a whole lot better! Nick has brilliant attention to detail, works incredibly hard and is super easy to deal with. I am really happy with all the work he has done for us.

  Family bathroom renovation & fitting

  We worked with Dave & team for a family bathroom renovation, Dave was friendly, arranged a site visit with me. Dave was professional&honest Re: what was possible. Project began on time. Dave arrived on time every day. Work was fantastic, Dave has a real eye for detail& high standards. He would explain daily progress & plan for next day. Tiling, electrics, fit of bathroom fixtures, painting, underfloor heating, all aspects were completed with care& attention. The project was completed on time, house left v tidy. Bathroom looks stunning! Would recommend to family & friends.

  Disable toilet damp works and decoration

  All members of the team were extremely professional, courteous and meticulous on the job. We had extreme damp and mold, which was cleaned, treated and repainted. All electrics were removed before painting, so a clean look was achieved when finished. Each step of the process was explained to us, before the job started, and any issues encountered that need addressing was explained before and approval sought, before they moved ahead. I would definitely recommend this company for any damp works and redecoration.

  Structural corrections

  Dave & his team are excellent. Previous work on my new house had been completed to a poor standard, structural walls were removed and building control not informed. Dave recommended an engineer who was able to outline the remediation work required. Dave completed all work, increasing the size of padstones, filling significant gaps between the RSJ and joists and walls and repacking with suitable materials. Dave engaged directly with the engineer and building control when required to ensure the dangerous historical work was rectified to a high standard. Work complete on time & in line with quote

  Replace downstairs shower with bathroom and cloak room

  Fantastic work from Dave and his team. The job was to take out an old ground floor shower and toilet, strip the room top to bottom, and create separate ground floor bathroom and cloak / boot room. The project was completed on time and to budget, including replacement of some rotten joists (as a result of long term water leakage from the shower). Dave and his team checked in with us daily and weekly, proposing alternatives to keep the project on track. Decoration (painting and wallpaper) was excellent and fixtures, fittings and electrics were fitted with care, attention and to code. Great work!
