Dave carried out the reconstruction of our roof, with the addition of a new rear dormer with windows and door onto a roof terrace. The two existing bedrooms on that floor were fully refurbished with fitted wardrobes added. The work was carried out to a very high standard, for a reasonable cost and with excellent communication. Dave organised several different sub contractors very efficiently and was extremely considerate to our neighbours. The project was finished on time and in time for Christmas! I recommend F Searle Builders 100%.

Dave & Alfie were outstanding! They moved our boiler to the other side of the property with ease and fitted our new rads with precision; they removed a wall to make our kitchen/living rooms open planned and replastered seamlessly. They then installed our beautiful Howdens kitchen finished with flawless quartz worktops, fitted our brand new sash windows with care and our new herringbone flooring has been laid perfectly. Every stage was done tidily, efficiently and to the highest standard. Skilled, reliable and a pleasure to deal with – we couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

Dave & Alfie did an outstanding job; our full kitchen renovation looks incredible. They were professional, efficient, and hardworking, yet also approachable and consultative, which was invaluable for our first renovation. They tackled the tricky quirks of a Victorian property with ease, from awkward dimensions and uneven levels to resolving difficult disputes with our structural engineer, who wrongly assumed the wall was load-bearing. It wasn’t and they removed it with an unbelievably clean finish. Respectful, reliable and highly skilled, these lads will definitely be back for future projects.

Good ideas on possible tiles and fittings, work carried out quickly and to high specification. Suggestions re improvements eg better fans and ceiling lights. Did other valuable smaller jobs whilst on the spot. Dave is easy together on with and very helpful,as he has always been in the past

Dave and his team installed an air conditioning unit in the bedroom at the top of my house. The room had become unbearably hot in the summer. They put the unit out of sight in and on the roof and put a grille in the ceiling which is hardly noticeable. Now the room is lovely and cool in the summer but can also be heated with the unit in the winter so we no longer have radiators in this room. Really happy with it!

Nick Prince did a full rewire of my house, from top to bottom. He installed new power points, light switches and data points, improved our WiFi, added smoke and fire alarms, installed LEDs in the kitchen, bathroom and on the roof terrace. He also put in new light fittings throughout and moved all the fuseboards into the basement. He generally just made our electrics a whole lot better! Nick has brilliant attention to detail, works incredibly hard and is super easy to deal with. I am really happy with all the work he has done for us.
