Jake was very quick at diagnosing the problem with our boiler, came the next day and changed the part right away! Fabulous service! Would definitely recommend to family and friends

My u/f heating had a fault causing the boiler to shut down.

Jake contacted me by phone and arranged a visit, one that he kept to, at the time he said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem and sent me a quote 2 days later, which I accepted. He then arranged a visit 5 days later, again keeping to date and time arranged. He fitted some new actuators and left my home neat and tidy. His communication was excellent and he's a really pleasant genuine guy!

Boiler repair

Called on a Saturday on short notice due to a leaking/spraying boiler. He came to me within the hour. The problem was bigger than first suspected so a replacement part was ordered. The boiler was fixed. Jake was very transparent with costs and was always prompt with his communication.

We had just moved into a house that we had bought and we were unable to get the boiler to start up without fault. Jake came round the same day as our request and very quickly diagnosed the problems and helped to repair it. He was incredibly friendly and professional and really helped us as I am 8 months pregnant and we had no heating or hot water.

Bathroom Fitting

Jake made the process from start to finish smooth and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and he finished everything to a very high standard. Jake even gave his input into the finishing touches to our bathroom which we really appreciated! Our bathroom was completed within timescale and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would definitely recommend!!

Jake was efficient with work and arrives at the time specified. Jake was friendly and enthusiastic with his workload and completed work in a tidy manner. I would definitely book Jake again. Jake is also adaptable for emergencies and supportive with queries.
