  literally in under a minute after posting my job, they called me. I was happy with the quote, we arranged a day. The communication was great, they arrived on time and got straight to work on what was s very cold day. they were here about 90 minutes and did a fabulous job. I'd highly recommend them.

  My u/f heating had a fault causing the boiler to shut down.

  Jake contacted me by phone and arranged a visit, one that he kept to, at the time he said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem and sent me a quote 2 days later, which I accepted. He then arranged a visit 5 days later, again keeping to date and time arranged. He fitted some new actuators and left my home neat and tidy. His communication was excellent and he's a really pleasant genuine guy!

  To run a cable outside from the house down the length of the garden

  Gareth was the only one to visit and physically check what I needed and provided a very competitive quote (the best one). He turned up when he said he was going to, every time. We had good communication before, during and after the work was carried out. He was ultra professional and found some problems (a waterlogged socket which he sealed, a slighty burned plug which he replaced for me) with no bother and no extra charge. He worked in torrential rain at times, checking in with me if something was amiss. I cant recommend him highly enough to be honest and I would use him again for any work.

  Garden walls and decking painted

  Luis and his team were brilliant. They arrived on time. They moved and put back my garden furniture and all my plant pots to ensure they painted everything. They were professional, and polite and friendly. Luis carried out work for me 2 years previously which is why I went back to him. They repaired a cracked and crumbling wall so came back midweek to finish painting that. Otherwise they completed 3 coats of paint AND decking stain in one day. I am thrilled with the result; they gave me back my garden; I've already booked him to give the inside a refresh before Xmas

  Combi Boiler Service

  Jamie from Plumbwise was really prompt in responding to my enquiry. His communication throught was excellent from the time we made contact to arriving for the appointment. It was really easy to arrange a suitable date and time. He removed his work boots at the door and used a dust sheet to save my floors and stair carpet. My boiler is in the attic, this was not a problem for Jamie. He is a really nice, polite, neat, clean workman. I was at the house on my own and didn't feel in the slightest bit worried about that. I would highly recommend him.
