  Competitive pricing and a high quality service

  I’ve been really impressed with freedom homes. They have handled all the plans, party wall agreements and managed to get our planning permission approved on the first attempt for our 2 storey side and loft extension (despite a planning risk). They are very competitively priced and have been very good at putting us in contact with professional builders. Great service, thank you.

  Planning permission for garden office.

  Freedom homes were brilliant at helping me get planning permission for my garden office. They were professional, made excellent plans and communicated very well with the planning officer, making the whole process much easier. It took quite a long time because I live in a conservation area, but they were very patient throughout and having them by my side was invaluable to me. Highly recommended!

  Brilliant Architect

  Very efficient and friendly service. The red tape in this country for building projects is a nightmare but Freedom Homes have made it a really simple and enjoyable process. Our initial video call was very informative and was followed up with very informative documents to clearly define each step. We are nearly at the end of our journey with them and I will be sure to consider them again for future projects and recommend them to friends and family.

  Architectural Drawings for a new Loft Conversion

  Appointed Freedom Homes to produce Architectural drawings for a new Loft Conversion and an ensuite in September and officially today 2nd Dec, the council have granted for us to proceed with the loft conversion which we are thrilled about and that there were no challenges with this. We appreciate the brilliant service and quality of the drawings provided from the team. Thanks to Philip, taking me through the process, to the virtual design call with Joshua, followed by the drawings designed by Nicholas to the final stages of getting party walls from Cheryl and Cameron. I would highly recommend.

  From the outset, Freedom Home were very supportive and easy to talk to. Cameron was always keeping me up to date with the progress of what has been going on. A previous building application was rejected and Freedom Home Architects were confident with the right presentation we would get the approval. Joshua, the architect in charge of my project was very approachable and we worked together very well. He understood what I wanted done and the plans were drafted quite quickly. There was no need for further amendments to his first drawings. And they were approved. Top man.

  Make renovation process easy and seamless!

  We instructed Freedom Home to help us with a ground floor extension. We are novice renovators and they have been brilliant in supporting us and making everything easy. They took our wishes on board, were really good at answering all our questions and gave us updates throughout. Would really recommended .
