I utilised the services to apply to planning for Kerb drop and certificate of lawfulness for porch. Both the applications were managed very carefully and promptly. The Kerb drop application took only 2 weeks from the date of request until I got the decision from Surrey highways. The porch application has been approved and was submitted in timely manner.
