I fully agree with all the positive reviews about Dion and his team and would give them 10/10 throughout. Friendly, respectful and hardworking, with excellent communication and attention to detail. They worked incredibly hard, even during the heatwaves. Everything went smoothly, including Building Control, and they made the whole process feel easy. We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend FBS London ltd.

We had a few people come out to quote and assess the damage to our roof, and FBS were the most reliable in detailing all the repairs needed. The quote was turned around quickly and the price was more than fair for the amount of work required. We were very impressed by the scaffolding set up due to the layout of our property and further impressed by the quality of work on the roof. I cannot recommend FBS enough! It was the first time we needed any work done like this, and we will definitely be using FBS again. Alex

Dion and his team carried out a side extension, garage conversion, new garage, new roof for us. The work started when planned Sept 2025, The work was carried out to a very high standard and we were kept informed of all aspects throughout the project, they were extremely reliable someone was working on the project everyday, always contacted us if they were going to be late. The quote was very reasonable and was on budget, the final payment was not required until we were happy with all the work. We would definitely use them again for any future work and highly recommend them.

Dion and his team were fantastic and we highly recommend them. Our project involved ripping out an old kitchen and structural changes like removing a chimney, adding a new arched doorway, digging down for underfloor heating, and widening two supporting walls. The team followed the timelines and Dion was incredible responsive along the way. everyone on site was a pleasure to deal with. A reliable building team with reasonable prices, hard to find these days.
