  I had a query about servicing my fire detectors in my flat.

  Small domestic job done promptly and professionally

  Very happy with the response and work from Frampton Fire. Good communications, prompt service and knowledgeable. It was a small domestic job, just two heat/smoke detector replacement, but done in a professional and friendly manner.

  Changed fire alarms

  Very prompt getting in touch, and easy to communicate with throughout. Organised to change our very old fire alarms within a couple of days. He completed the job quickly and efficiently.

  Fitted new fire alarm

  Emergency callout for a new fire alarm on a Sunday as wasn't sure if current one was working properly. Pricing obviously reflected emergency callout but was given option to have work done next day and costs were very clear and transparent. Opted to have a same day installation for peace of mind, Robert was very quick to attend and fixed alarm same day. Very pleased with the service and would use again (although hopefully won't need to for another ten years!)
