Arrived on-time, fitted the fire alarms and also tested them. Then explained day-to-day considerations and ensured I was aware of everything. Great service.

Emergency callout for a new fire alarm on a Sunday as wasn't sure if current one was working properly. Pricing obviously reflected emergency callout but was given option to have work done next day and costs were very clear and transparent. Opted to have a same day installation for peace of mind, Robert was very quick to attend and fixed alarm same day. Very pleased with the service and would use again (although hopefully won't need to for another ten years!)
