    Honest, fair and great customer service

    Didn't get the work done, but that's because Frame & Glaze did a free inspection/survey before quote and advised me that the work was too complex (too complicated to go into here) and the costs would be excessive and not worth it. I spoke to Hass who was fantastic at explaining the technicalities of the situation, answered all my questions and was honest about what could be done. He didn't want to pretend they could do the job and then let me down! Great communication from the point I posted the job. And really quick turnaround. Impressive that they checked the job for free first too.

    Front room + bathroom windows

    Has went above and beyond to help us out when we needed multiple windows fixed with a great deal of urgency. He assessed the jobs, communicated with us clearly and completed the work seamlessly. We will be using him again when the need arises.

    This company did an outstanding job replacing/installing the glazing window at my house! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and workmanship were top-notch. The communication was excellent, and they ensured everything was done to perfection and on time. Highly recommended!"
