window is secure, but silicone is a mess the whole way round, where Hass never bothered to make it neat & tidy.

Good service from Frame & Glaze with our dropped window frame. Gave us a couple hours warning for when they would roughly be at our house. Explained the problem we had with our window, and what the best solution would be for us.

Called to ask for assistance when our window closing mechanism jammed. This was on a bank holiday and in the evening. Trader swiftly replied via WhatsApp and asked for more info (video demonstration). Trader described how to resolve the issue ourselves and it worked. Also offered to visit if needed. Very grateful for this service.
